The Baking Factory is a new bakery that has introduced a new business model that provides on-demand gourmet cakes, they have also allowed the customer to experiemce the joys of cake decorating by giving them opportunity to physically decorate their own cakes.

The brief was to create a stand for The Cake, Bake & Sweets Show, a convention that cekebrates the craft of desserts. The client wanted the stand to speak to not only thier brand but also the desserts they meticulously craft. Drawing inspiration from their doughnut design, a floorplan was created resembling a stack of dounghuts. Each groove had its own zone and touchpoint for the customers to experience.

Creating a visually stimulating design that inspires happiness and creativity. The Baking Factory have introduced an innovative and inclusive business strategy and this stall aims to reflect that. The stall is designed to give people the opportunities to roll up their sleeves and design their own cake, pick their own ready made cake and document their experience with the multiple aesthetically pleasing photo opportunities.
